The bread basket is made from a combination of cotton and jute, a natural fiber. It is handmade based on global fair trade principles and takes about two hours to make.

The bread basket is made from cotton and jute, which is a natural fiber.
The fiber is extracted from the bark of the jute plant and undergoes an extensive processing procedure before it becomes a finished jute product. Jute is an eco-friendly material because the jute plant requires very little water.
