There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on our webshop.
It's free to return items that do not live up to your expectations. Manelleh bears all return costs when you return through our return portal. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order.

It is up to Manelleh to assess the condition of the item. If the product has been tested in addition to what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the product, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back.
All amounts stated on the website include VAT and exclusive delivery costs.
Manelleh accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa. We do not charge your purchase any kind of transaction fee.
Payment for the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Manelleh uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means the connection is completely secure.
The delivery time for your order is usually 1-3 business days. When ordering on weekends and holidays, the item is sent away on the first weekday. When ordering on weekdays, the item is sent within 24 hours.
Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.
We only deliver goods within Denmark - but not the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
All items are delivered with GLS and dao.
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is given on products. Complaints apply to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
Complaints must be notified to Manelleh a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the item.
Please note that the products are handmade. Therefore, no two products will ever be exactly alike. We hope you enjoy the small features of the products and their history.

When you buy an item and pass on the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal information will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our freight handling, which is not developed by [company name]. We have entered into data processor agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal data.
