You have a full 14-day right of return on items purchased from our webshop.

It is free to return items that do not meet your expectations. Manelleh covers all return costs when you return via our return portal. The period is counted from the day you receive your order.

It is up to Manelleh to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tried on or handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, features and function, it is considered used and diminished in value. This means that if you cancel the purchase you may receive only part of the purchase price back or no refund at all.

Note: Free shipping and returns apply only to purchases over 500 kr.

Return shipping for purchases under 500 kr. costs 49 kr. for a standard package.

Parcels that are not collected are only refunded if the purchase is cancelled in writing. If the parcel is not collected and a refund is requested, the round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, products are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Claims must be reported to Manelleh no later than 14 days after receipt of the item.

Please note that our products are handmade. Therefore, no two items are exactly the same. We hope you will appreciate the small unique details and the story behind them.

When you purchase a product and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our data, for example for our shipping operations, which were not developed by Manelleh. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure that they comply with applicable personal data protection regulations.
