Return and right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on our webshop.

It's free to return items that do not live up to your expectations. Manelleh bears all return costs when you return through our return portal. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order.

It is up to Manelleh to assess the condition of the item. If the product has been tested in addition to what is necessary to determine the product's nature, properties and function, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back.

Right of complaint

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is given on products. Complaints apply to defects in material and / or manufacturing.

Complaints must be notified to Manelleh a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the item.

Please note that the products are handmade. Therefore, no two products will ever be exactly alike. We hope you enjoy the small features of the products and their history.
