We hope you love our collection of unique toiletry bags in a variety of colors and beautiful patterns. The toiletry bag measures W27 x H15 x D12 cm and has a large long pocket on one side and two smaller pockets on the other.
The toiletry bag is padded, made from four layers of vintage cotton saris and lined with GOTS-certified organic cotton. It is sewn in accordance with global fair trade principles and took about three and a half hours to pattern, cut and machine-sew.
When you buy a toiletry bag, you help secure decent, meaningful, and dignified jobs for marginalized women in Bangladesh. The women work for a socially responsible company where they receive a fair wage, an annual bonus (dividend) and vocational training.

This toiletry bag is made from vintage saris, which means the product has a history. The saris were previously worn by women in Bangladesh. They have now been upcycled and given a new life. This means the bags are not perfect and may have small stains and patches.
The toiletry bag is lined with GOTS-certified organic cotton. The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the most recognized global standard for processing organic fibers. The standard is supported by independent third-party certification and guarantees compliance with a wide range of environmental and social criteria throughout the supply chain. Textiles that are GOTS-certified must contain a minimum of 70% certified organic fibers.
