We hope you love our small collection of unique tea cozies with various beautiful patterns. The tea cozy is B34 x H25 cm and has a different pattern inside and outside.
The tea cozy is padded and sewn with four layers of vintage cotton saris. It is sewn according to global fair trade principles and takes about three hours to hand-sew.
When you buy a tea cozy, you help ensure decent, meaningful, and dignified jobs for marginalized women in Bangladesh. The women work for a socially responsible company where they receive a fair wage, an annual bonus (dividend), and vocational training.

The tea cozy is made from vintage saris, which means the product has a history.
The saris were previously worn by women in Bangladesh. They have now been upcycled and given a new life. This means the product is not perfect and may have small stains and patches.
Likewise, there will never be two products that are exactly the same because the products are handmade. We hope you will appreciate the little quirks and the story of the products as much as we do — and we hope you will enjoy it for many years to come.
